Maverick may use third party software or platforms to deliver services. We are not responsible for outages, failures, or policy changes of those third party services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Maverick is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, opportunity, or business interruption arising from use of the service or website.
12. Termination
Maverick may refuse, pause, or end a service where there is misuse, non payment, abusive behaviour, or a breakdown in working fit.
